Leg Mein Shadeed Pain

Question

Salam doc, mujhay kuch arsay say left leg mein shadeed pain hota hai ghutno say uper wali aik hi place pay mustakil pain rehta hai. Please tell me yeh kis bemari ki waja say ho raha hai? 
Mujhay vitamin b12 ki deficiency hai jis ki waja say kuch dair kay liyeh main paralyzed ho jati hoon aur mujhay fatty liver ki bhi problem hai.
