Talk to General Physician on Infection And Blood After Stool

Dear Doctor i am facing these issues from past some years 1. Suddenly my forehead gets heavy pressure above eyes (once or twice a week) 2. suddenly left abdomin gets clunched from chest to lower area with a lot of gass and farting with palpitaions sometimes (sometime thrice a week sometime remain for 2,3 days) 3. sudden heavy pressure in front neck or sides of neck that remains for hours and severe muscle pain after that (Almost twice in a month) 4. muscle pain without any execrise that starts and subsides on its own (twice a month) 5.loose stool and blood after stool (almost daily for an year) 6. sometime stabing pain in right leg calf also pain when i touch the area (xray is clear)

i suspect some infection or germ that causing all this...plz help
