salam. my friend is suffering from hypothyroidism. bcz uska achanak sy hair loss hone laga he tired rheta he. Diet bhi ziada nhi he phr bhi wazan barh rha he. skin bbi kafi dry rheti he uski or sleep bbi distrub rheti he legs hilata rheta he sote time. kindly suggest me what should we do.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Sub symptoms hypothyroidism k hi hain. constipation ? Ask him to avoid driving for some time. if he did blood tests and RAIU scan then plz share here so that he can be started of medication accordingly.
