High Fever With Cough

Question

My father in law was having high fever with cough for the last few days, however he dont have fever anymore for the last 3 days, there were no covid related symptoms but he still has some cough. 

We had his Liver profile done advised by a doctor, attached. 

What is your take looking at this report?

hello ! thank you for sharing your concerns. his CRP which is an inflammatory marker is very high which tells me there is some infection going on. corona or no corona but he needs a Chest xray, a urine r/e , and if cough persists he should have a corona swab test as well. meanwhile you should isolate him as much a possible with limited interaction with family members. wearing a mask all the time. eat meals separately. start on tab azomax 250mg twice daily and tab panadol as per need for fever.

Liver profile is acceptable according to age.
fever with cough, if not improved then test for corona.
continue with Azithromycin 500mg one daily for 5 days and Panadol for fever.
