Talk to General Physician on Heart Beat Very Hard, Feels Like Cardiac Problem But Echo, Ett Normal, Anxiety Depression Panic Attacks

Male 29 years A month ago i was sleeping and i suddenly wokeup at night and i felt ghbraht and heartbeat cold sweats. I thought like i am having heart attack. I feel it all night and then slept for 2 hours in morning then feeling ok. But my heartbeat was fast and bp little raise 150/90. I started facing this feeling at nights and at day time as well. Felt difficulty in walking and weakness. Went to medical specialist he gave me some Stomch medication. Then went to cardiologist Echo done ETT done Ecgs done all are normal Cbc normal Cholesterol borderline high Thyroid test normal Creatinine normal Ultrasound abdominal normal But i started worrying all the time that there is some problem with my heart. I was scared of going outside other than my job and home. Now i sleep well but all night i am having dreams. My eating is getting better but i feel weakness all day. And sometimes chestpain on a fixed point ni middle but its mild pain. Whenever i lay down i feel my heart is beating very har
