Talk to General Physician on Health Confusion

I have problem of itches (on hips side) from last one year. I also facing problem of allergy cough which starts in October November of every year and ends on February, March. But this year I face no cough but same itches starts on my face, by the time passes these itches changes my skin color. And gradually turns in to so much rashes, pimples, and dandruff on beared and Mustache side. suddenly I also loss my weight from 85KG to 50 KG in only 1 month, I loss my body muscles and become so week. I am so scare about my health. Kindly advice me what can I do? Kindly also advice whether these changes are because of itches or some other problem. Or because of my primary disease Parkinsons, which diagnosed when I was just 14 year of old now I am of 36.
