Assalam u alaikum I have headaches almost every 2 or 3 days in a week the pain usually starts from the end back side of the skull it's feel like neck stiffness with eye pain sometime both sometime only one with this my forehead also start pain on just above eye brows, temple area side of the head above ears actually there is no pattern of my headache and because of all these sometimes I feel like dizzy or kind of vertigo because of this make my life so bad please help me what to do? kindly check ur bp 1st. how long pain lasts? any decrease in vision? is pain preceded by any nausea flashing of light particular smell or ringing sensation in ears?

The pain usually last for long hours I try my best to not take any OTC med but I can't resist and take med after 15 to 30 minutes. If the pain is more severe it sometime slightly blurr my vision. No I don't usually feel nausia but I feel it sometime very very slightly with no flashing of light or smell but I can hear ringing when I focus on

mean while in case of severe pain u can take paracetamol tablet.
