my problem is that when i went out i was fine once i came back home i have headache spreading to my cheeks, eyebrows,jaws couldn't sleep or eat or sleep. my head became so heavy. the pain doesn't go untill i take painkillers. this is my daily problems i cant focus even i massage my face but couple of mins i got this pain back

i visited pulmonologist two weeks back, the doctor told me that i have sinuses and gave me 10 days tablet softin and a nasal spray for life time. do i still need to visit pulmonologist?
