Talk to General Physician on Hands Swelling During Sleep

I am 7 months pregnant, few weeks before my arms and hands used to get numb during sleeping, then it got better. Now from past few days my hands swell/get numb during sleep and fingers ache, even when i fell asleep for 5 to 10 minutes in car yesterday my hands started swelling again and fingers started aching, they get better when i wake up and move my fingers. My sleep is disturbed every night due to this. Please prescribe some solution.
