hi I agree with Dr Paracha comments .it sounds very typical of Carpal tunnel syndrome.Though you don't necessary need a rheumatologist to sort it out.If you are big work for wt loss lot of symptoms improve with wrist splint .rarely if its start causing grip weakness small operation can be done by arthropods to release pressure on nerve at wrist.

It’s a simple vitamin B12 deficiency. You will need to get tested and further medicine will be given accordingly. Contact me through Marham and I will give proper consultation.
this is due to wrong sleeping posture...you are compressing your nerve which stops supply to your hand and fingera therefore you feel numbness...try changing your posture and stretching ur nerve (under supervision) nd you will be okay...dont worry its not something scary or incurable
Pain can be due to pressure on nerves coming out from neck. U need x ray cervical spine AP and Lat view for details. Pain and numbness can both be treated. Physical exam is required before starting treatment.
Most likely it is due to posture that you acquire during sleep and secondly your symptoms can be due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Take Tab. Acemed 100mg 1+1 for 05 days. Keep a low heighted pillow for sleep.
For detailed assessment and subsequent management plan please do visit my profile and take appointment.

these symptoms might be due to posture during sleep or baby care, or might be some pathology of cervical spine or nerves of the arms and hand hands. you may need a detailed check up by doctor
