It seems as everything i eat gets absorbs by lower body the legs(very healthy) and nothing gets absorbed on upper body(very skinny) there's alot of difference in both and i do walk also after eating food please suggest a solution how to get healthier for upper body only?
I think if eat healthy and daily walk for 20 minutes or run (If possible), it will shift the fat from lower part of your body to upper part. You will feel healthier.
