Is it safe to take folic acid on daily basis for unmarried girls before marriage if yes then which brand is best.... Don't have serious medical history only having some allergies and can we take biotin and folic acid together.... Plzz i need ur guidelines

yes i can take folic acid on daily basis.
i would suggest Cap Fefol once a day..
and yes you can take biotin alng with it but at some different time..
yes provided u have deficiency of folic acid
