Talk to General Physician on Fibrocystic Breast Disease

I'm feeling severe breast pain from last 3 months .. consulted 2 surgeons and general physician all of them said .. it's common and nothing to worry about specially in this age .. just have a painkiller in a case of pain .. one of the surgeon examined me physically .. and prescribed efamol active for 3 months .. it's about 2 months Im having this multivitamin ..hardly feeling any difference .. I don't take any caffeine item .. very less salt and sugars .. from last two weeks I'm feeling burning in my underarms .. and pain in breast n upper back .. :( quite depressing for me .. wanted to ask .. is this common ? And would get better by its own? I'm 24 years and I don't want to live with it .. for the rest of my life :(
