Talk to General Physician on Fever With Chills
Asking for Self, Male, 40 years old, Lahore Cantt
I have inconsistent fever with chills for 3 days. Seems to be stomach since i am releasing a lot of gas.
Fever is inconsistent; twice a day in morning and evening for up to 3-5 Hrs and then goes away itself or I take Tercica (Dexibuprofen) syrup and that works.
Stool is not okay, constipated but no blockage.
No throat or cough issues.

Check you fever with a thermometer and document it.
Take 2 tab Panadol for fever, not a brufen syrup
Also take cap risek 20mg in the morning before breakfast and at night for 7 days. meanwhile avoid spicy and oily foods. add more fiber in diet in the form of salads and fruits for constipation or try ispaghol.
