Talk to General Physician on Fever + Lower Back Pain

I'm having continuous problem from last 1 week of fever and lower back pain. After fever back pain is not decreasing and I'm also feeling cold in this Karachi temperature. I've done my CBC, ESR, VDAL, SGPT, and malaria test. kindly find my attached report below.
