Facing sore throat since yesterday which is gone but flu is still there and I have feeling that i have fever, which comes and goes and numbness in hands and sweating.
Suggest me some quick relief med please

seems like common flu, take an anti allergic like fexet 120mg once daily, and panadol CF 3 times per day, keep well hydrated, i would encourage saline gargles 3 times daily
