Feeling Heavy In Head

Question

Before Eid ul Adha I was suffering from Flu. It was a dry flu, then I drank cold water so it didn\'t remain a dry flu and for 3 days the fluids flowed through my nose. Then I became alright. Now from last two three days I feel heavy in my head.
The heaviness shifts from sides, upper and lower parts of the head. I use Vicks in hot water and inhale steam from last night. 
Please tell me what is the problem with me and what should I do?

The picture can be that of sinusitis...and it needs to be treated properly by an ENT specialist. At home care involves steam, but it won't get rid of all the symptoms.
