Hello, i am having dry cough from the last 7 to 8 months. i visited many doctors in the last 7,8 months but my dry cough problem not cured.i attached my X-ray report. in my report, some issues are written. kindly check my report and explain the report to me. and suggest me medication.

It shows pneumonia in cbc but i want to see chest x ray and ESR .
Also do reports of urea creatinine and electolytes like sodium and potassium from agha khan or shoukat khanum lab.Meanwhile use Tab.azomax 500mg daily for 10 days plus syp broxyl DM 2 tsf three times a day. and panadol cf if fever

Having cough problem since 8 months and didn't get the Chest X-ray before is really strange. anyhow, needs workup for tuberculosis. better to get checkup from chest specialist and do tests as advised
