Talk to General Physician on Dry Cough And Flu

I am having fever, sore thorat and dry cough from last 7 days ... from 2 days temp got back to normal. Sore throat is heeling I can feel that..but flu is there and the worst thing is dry cough ...It is so severe that i am not able to sleep at night. I have consulter doc already and he said its pharngitis . I want to ask that do neublization will help me feel better . If yes then please tell me the medicine and its ratio( i have already tried all other remedies including steam gargles but it is getting worse day by day)
