Talk to General Physician on Drug Interaction

I have been treated with Clozapine for at least three months. I was told that therapy with Clozapine would improve my memory, fatigue and thought blocking. So far, it has only partially improved my thought blocking. My memory and fatigue, on the other hand, have not improved at all. I am consuming 600mg/day of clozapine in two divided doses. I take 50mg of Clozapine in the morning and 550mg of Clozapine at night. In hopes of improving my memory, I have taken Galantamine at 12mg/day for at least 3 months and Brintellix at 20mg/day for at least 3 months. My memory and fatigue, however, have still not improved. I am now considering taking a short-term trial of Modafinil along with Clozapine therapy. Is it safe to consume Modafinil along with Clozapine? Is it safe to take Modafinil with a reduced dose of Clozapine?
