hi
you need to question first to yourself is there any rationale of doing the steps you have taken .if you want to improve your glucose low carb high protein and fat diet is needed.though slight adjustments are recommended and fruits and vegetables with very high carb index are cut down.Milk products in no way shape and form are high carb edibles , rice and bread is .This is a misconception created that muscle pain equate to need for calcium supplements. It is very rarely the case .There is no indication of tasing calcium supplements if you don't have clear risk of brittle bone disease. These myths are created by our professional colleagues and very religiously followed by general public.
thank you

There is no need to stop milk products neither meat. You only need to control total diet for the quantity and cut down sugar.
If you are taking milk product it will cater for calcium requirements.
