Talk to General Physician on Dengue Positive - Low Platelets

My father was having fever from last 4-5 days, I've done his CBC test yesterday afternoon, and report showed platelets count of only 15k, which was shocking news for me. Even Yesterday his condition was better alhamdulillah, no fever, no vomiting, no bleeding etc, just weakness, but still low platelets. So I took him to Jinnah Hospital Emergency in night, where doctors again did CBC, Dengue , Malaria Test, and result showed 12k platelets & dengue +ve. Doctors gave drips to him and asked us to arrange the platelets for him, and we had arranged 4 bags of platelets for him which they transfused in mid night and after that they discharged him in morning and asked to do CBC test again from outside. At 4 p.m I did CBC test, now platelets increased to 20k. Please let me know what should I do now as I am very worried about my father.
