Talk to General Physician on Covid

My mother was tested positive for corona on 16 August. she was hospitalised for a week due to drop in saturation. she was diagnosed with severe covid pneumonia. now she has returned home with home medication as advised by doctor. she is on steroids 120/80 mg. and insulin for her diabetes. her crp is being monitored and in the hospital it went to normal 4.1 then it went up to 21.8 and then down to 10. today we tested again and it came out to be 68. this is the highest value she has had. it was 40 when she was diagnosed with corona. we don't understand why is it happening ? she is on steroids. she has had fever for 3 days now. her cough has become worse. her saturation is 95 - 96 on 1 litre. can you please guide?
