Talk to General Physician on Cough, Breathing Problem

AoA mere Abbu ko last one week se chest infection ka issue hai he,s quarantine from a month, maybe cause of smoking. on and off ye problem ho jata in ko but the problem is right now is k kal in ko breathing main kafi msla ho gya hum nebulize kr rahe hain but us se thore time lie theek rehta then cough and saans bilkul clearly nai hai. want to know k kya krna chahiye don't want to visit hospital these days. any medicine recommendations or any other advice as soon as possible pls. thanx in advance.
