Last week I did PCR test and it was Detective after that I isolate myself and my family as well,since yesterday I am feeling little body pain and today my one side nose is blocked I took pandol and cough syrup for cough as well what should I do now and how many days I have to isolate.kind regards

body aches is part of covid, panadol only is recommended only.
also take some multi vitamins along with zinc supplements as well..
14 days in total isolation is recommended after that repeat test.. if still positive then 7 days more isolation.
usually 2 sets of pcr test is require, depends on patient's condition.

Dr I am using surbex z, multivitamins and Pandol when I feel temperature and headache,cough syrup for night time,kindly advise me for flue what should I take for flue and sneezing some time 1 side of nose is blocked,can I use erinic tab or syrup for flu and sneezing.

arinac (ibuprofen) not at all recommended and try not to take anti allergic as well.
rather steam inhalation is preferred choice.
take once table of CaC 1000 once daily as well.
good diet is key to beat.
try not take stress of it.

well i would suggest to go and see ur doctor as Covid has some pulmonaru and other complications.first go for CBC,Serum LDH Levels and Serun Ferritin,And Chest Xray(Pa view(done.
for Block nose go for Normal Saline Drops(available with market name of Norsaline P).
tab Fexofenidine 120 mg(Available in many trade names).
and do warm water Gargles.
