Talk to General Physician on Completely Restricted Movement
Asking for Father, Male, 85 years old, Muzaffargarh
The patients is suffering from parkinson since early 2014. Was taking medicine like sinemit and kemadrin. Now, from January 2020, he is observing too much difficulty or absolutely unable to walk even by taking support. We have consulted more than 6 neurophysicians and been taking medicines but there is no even a minute improvement. Have taken MRI and CTscan brain plan. Please guide and help. Jazakallah. I am sharing MRI report along with the prescription he is taking currently.

difficulty in walking needs assessment along with proper hx and examination, for that come at online consultation.
Actuallay he is having degenerative disc disease of lumbosacral area with severe lumbar stenosis .
continue medications like sinamet, PK merz and kemadrin and selgin .
take sinamet empty stomach .
start these medics and leme know :
cap phlogen Sr one capsule two times a day .
tab myolax 4 mg, one tab two times a day.
cap lingab 100 mg one at night
tab theragran M , one tab two times a day.
