Talk to General Physician on Bump On My Penis And Balls

i had protected sex 3 weeks ago but the condom i used was from a new brand which i haven't heard of before , 1 week ago bump appeared on my penis tip and one on my ball and one small one on thigh which has disappeared, i am unable to identify what sort of bump is this. i dont know which doctor to go to or what medicine to take or apply on it im blank on this and im scared what if it is std or a severe disease , please help i have attached the pictures

discharge from the bump is unnoticeable, i tried squeezing it there was very little discharge that also transparent
it itches if touched and pains if squeezed or touched
Image not quiet clear.
Most probably an allergic reaction to condom.
take the following medicine for 7 days and consult with UROLOGIST.
1) Tb.Fexet 120 mg (once daily)
2) Cp.Velosef 500mg (1+1)
3) Tb.Voren 50mg (1+1)
4) Fudic H cream (apply 3 time daily)
