Talk to General Physician on Breathing Problem While Sleeping

This is happening with me almost daily that whenever i am about to sleep i feel breathless , sometimes i wake up in the middle of sleep and im falling short of breathe , what is this problem? I feel afraid to sleep now

I dont have any allergy but i do have asthma and sometime i take seretide evohaler... but other than that i have a phobia of sleeping in darkness so I normally sleep after sun rise

okk,u have asthma too so your airways get narrower in asthma that's why u may feel short of breath at night.for proper treatment u need to be assessed and examined before suggesting any further treatment
