Talk to General Physician on Breathing Difficulty,

I have completed my vaccination on 11 July. But since 2 days, I have started feeling breathing issues like chest congestion, breathlessness, suffocation, feels like breathing from low abdomen or like my lungs are not responding or less responding. all breathing activity feels in lower abdomen not in chest/lungs. 1 nostril is also blocked. I took steam today but not get over the symptoms. please guide what to do ? Should I do my chest X ray for testing Covid ?
