Aoa dr. I had use medicine transmin to regulate my periods After completing 3 days course i had numbness in my left arm and hand as well Very next day i had pain in my chest and shortness the breath and bp was high heart rate was high as well I went to cardialogy and done ecg that was normal and they said reaction of medicine But now it is my 3rd day i have numbness in arm neck and back and pain in chest on and off and bp level fluctaute wholeday Kindly tell me is this reaction of hormones medicine or any thing serious?

I hope all is ok but I am really concerned if these symptoms have started after taking this tablet one must consider the possibility of STROKE/AND CLOT in lung.This is a procoagulant tablet that helps the blood to clot so if you carry some risk factors that make you vulnerable to develop clot this tablet can potentiate this risk. Sudden onset numbness weakness with no clear explanation need evaluation.i would strongly advise to arrange a blood test called D diamer and consult a physician .to discuss if an MRI scan is warranted similarly depending examination findings further decision can be taken what could be explanation for your chest tightness .i would encourage you to ensure there is nothing serious underlying cause for your symptoms.
