I took recently medicine for piles doctor said me to use gtn ointment VN xylocaine along with lilac n flygyl .... but my question is although no doubt m better than b4 but when ever I used gtn ointment I feel not well suddenly heart beat got fast .... mind bcm mouf .... eyes k samnay jsy andhaira ara hi ... so all is cz of ointment or cz of any other reason ....

first thing in medicine is the diagnosing the problem i dont know you have done your anal enamination and proctoscopy seeing through rectum by proctoscope then we can diagnose wheather it is piles or fissure or some other problem .i advise you to get consultation from me to diagnose the disease,early and accurate diagnosis is very important to prevent from complication.pl ask marham admn to get your appointment from me.thanx
