Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure

Asalam o alaikum I want to ask for my husband he is 32 year old his major issue was high blood pressure since 5 years triglycerides level was also high he was taking concor for bp he’s also overweight but now its been 2 weeks his bp remains constantly low 105/55 or 110/60 even he’s not taking bp tablet. Please any doctor here guide us what to do in this scenario i will be thankful
