age :33 n single.remains anxiety , fear of (social + responsibility and sexual) v bad concentration and low memory.v low confidence .heart beat becomes fast randomly but specally in th morning during sleep time and fear arises.remains always tired and not fresh. remains not happy.2stomach remaining hard and bloated always.cant intake dairy and dairy products.even cant drink lactose free milk.appitite vanishes and sleep also . belly has came out and its not fat.sexually v weak get discharge without touching organ.erection also not strong and doesn't remains for long time.facing hypersensitivity of sex organ and premature edjaculation.weight loses after discharge of semen.muscles v weak body is not strong.issue exist from last 23 years but not resolved . currently taking homeopathic treatment.
