Talk to General Physician on Anal Itching

i am experiencing this problem from quite a time now. its now consistent but it happens alot on and off. i feel itching at the end of anal or little inside . mostly it happens after stool or even during normal time as well. Recently applying hadensa cream but i dont think its permanent solution. need some serious suggestions from doctors
