salam doctors. from the past 9 to 10 months whenever i wake up i start sneezing , sometimes it is just a runny nose. i also experience it during the day sometimes. but from the past 1 month i also experience shortness of breath in the morning some days. i have not consulted any doctor before but i am sure it is an allergy . and i hope you will help me Thanks

Kindly give a brief history regarding any associated symptoms like fever, cough etc. Is the symptom triggered only at your home at a certain place or throughout the day? Is it seasonal or throughout the year? Any loss of sense of smell or taste or any nasal bone trauma? Do you have a family history of asthma, TB, TB contact, or did you have covid recently? What medications do you take and do they relief symptom or does is worsen your shortness of breath? Furthermore we could run some tests like CBC etc based on your history. explain your family history any family history of asthma and any sputum in cough colour of sputum and what about your BMI
Okay so I'd suggest to run blood test as CBC, IgE, also CXR, PFTs. and considering current Covid situation you can also go for Covid PCR. After you do this, share the reports with me . Book an appointment and then treatment can be done accordingly.
As I told you above to get all these four tests done. CBC, PFT, Chest Xray and S/IgE level. After the results we can make sure of the confirmed diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Till then sit back, relax, don't worry and try to avoid unnecessary medicine. Especially aspirin, ibubrofen naproxen/advil or betablocker such as inderol so that you don't trigger any symptoms.

I would like to tell you that I rarely experience cough and the symptoms trigger in the morning no matter wherever i am and sometimes i do experience it during the day. I dont think that it is seasonal. and i also lost my sense of smell to some extent. I have family history of asthma in my maternal family. i never experienced covid and i have not taken any medicines in this regard. Do let me know if it requires an appointment.
