Hello there,
Assalaam'o'alaikum.
Sorry to hear about your issue. But first you need to relax and give a brief history regarding the associated symptoms you are having such as fever, cough, nasal bone trauma or surgery, history of fall or headache. Is sneezing only at home or throughout the day. Is it seasonal or anytime around the year? Is the discharge water like or thick mucus like and what's the color. Do you have a family history of Asthma, TB, TB contact, Diabetes (sugar) or do you have diabetes or covid recently? Kindly provide the information or you can book an appointment through marham.pk for detailed discussion. Therefore we can run tests and treat accordingly.
Have a good health and good day.
Don't forget to rate and leave a review on my profile.
Thanks

As I told you above to get all these four tests done. CBC, PFT, Chest Xray and S/IgE level. After the results we can make sure of the confirmed diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Till then sit back, relax, don't worry and try to avoid unnecessary medicine. Especially aspirin, ibubrofen naproxen/advil or betablocker such as inderol so that you don't trigger any symptoms.
Don't forget to review and rate 5 star on my profile.
Thanks
