Abdominal Cramps

Question

What could be the reason of abdominal pain. I dont live in Pakistan. Lst month I came to Pakistan and jb se aai hn kch na kch hora hai. But 2 weeks ago, I had severe abdominal pain. Thori thori der mein cramps hote the. It lasted 2 days I took no spa. But 2 days ago dubara woi shru severe abdominal cramps with diarrhea. What is the reason? And is it something to worry about? From few days I am only eating home made food..

USE yogurt and mineral water ,and Tab flagyl 500 mg aik subah dophar shaam if any problem stool then visit my clinic

Most probably due to water, because outburst of typhoid and hepatitis E in lahore.
Use boil water or good company mineral water.
Bahir sy khana peena bhi kam sy kam..
If there is no fever then may not need any medicine..
Yogurt, banana and kichri will help alot..
