Digestive difficulties, such as constipation and diarrhea may occur frequently during pregnancy. Blame it on shifting hormones, changes in diet, and added stress. The fact is, pregnant women deal with diarrhea  quite a lot, and if they aren't cautious, it can cause problems..
Switch to your DIET.
The BRAT diet (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) plus the nutrients in other easy-to-digest foods (potatoes, chicken and vegetable soup, lean meats) can help until diarrhea  has passed. Stay away from fried, spicy, and high-fat foods.
This DIET also may help ease the nausea and vomiting some women experience during Pregnancy. You can add other bland foods to the BRAT DIET... Begin to add bland, low-fat foods as listed above, like bananas, rice, applesauce, crackers, cooked cereals (Farina, Cream of Wheat), toast and jelly, yogurt, cooked carrots, and chicken or turkey. Eat small meals every few hours.
ONCE you start feeling better, you can switch towards the The CRAM diet (cereal, rice, applesauce, and milk) is a short term dietary treatment for diarrhea and gastroenteritis. The CRAM diet has more complete protein and fat content than the BRAT diet.
Eat bread products made from refined, white flour. PASTA, white rice, and cereals such as cream of wheat, farina, oatmeal, and cornflakes are OK.
feeling better once than switch to the regular diet.
