Talk to Gastroenterologist on Upset Stomach, Weight Loss
Asking For Self, Male 38, Karachi, Pakistan
I have upset stomach since 3 weeks, I have fever for 2 weeks, now I am fever free for 6 day. I have taken Cefspan for 2 day BD, after that I take Azomax for 1 day. my condition is not good. I lose my 10 kg weight. LFT and FARRTIN report have high values. one doctor give me Hepa merz syrup and another doctor give me Tab. Silliver. I am not sure which medicine is best for me. I have attached my reports. please guide me. thanks

hepa meraz aur siliver dono he use karya tab ulsanic 2 gram suba break fast sa 15 mint phele
Thanks for sharing your concern. Did u also feel any change in the color of ur skin (tanning). Fast racing of the heart ? joint pains ? weakness ? abdominal pain ? No need of hepamerz or siliver without further evaluation.

no chance in skin color. no fast racing of heart. joint pain yes I have. yes I have weakness. yes abdominal pain. today my ALT (SPGT) result is 72.
