Mujhay stomach ma kafi pain rahta hay, Stomach kafi swollen b hay..or har time stomach ma fullness rehti hay, Zara sa khana khanay pa Stomach phool jata hat or Pura stomach ma Gas bharr jati hat..stomach ma Gas problem hay. Stomach ko halka sa press karnay pa b dard hta hay..Or sidha lat k agar stomach ko press karayn tou heat nikalti hui feel hti hay...Please advise..ma bht parishan hn
