I have severe pain in stomach, intestines , and belly for two months. I have consulted many doctors but it didn't helped much. The pain worsen with food. The pain is sometime constant and sometime stops for a little time.
Unable to fart. Gas remains in stomach which worsen the pain. The pain shifts from one place to another time to time.
Unable to consentrate on anything kindly guide
