Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Related

My stomach is making strange sounds from last six months. I feel a bubbly liquid inside my stomach and area near it all the time. When I am full after a meal, I can hear and feel liquid moving up and down if I jump. When I am empty, I can still feel a liquid but with a vibratory and bubbly sound as well. It can be feel by anyone if he puts his hand on my stomach. Nowadays in Ramzan, I can feel that liquid even at the time of 5pm inside my stomach. It makes a bubbly sound if I breath by expanding and contracting my abdomen muscles. Kindly tell me the problem and the solution as well.
