Talk to Gastroenterologist on Piles

Asalam o alaikum Doctors...! I am kiran.m 28years old I am suffering from piles Constipation with bleeding twice a month since Aug2020 till now.i did visit my Dr every month but didn't get any benefit m fed up now. situation getting wrost day by day..i am taking proper diet plus walking 1hour daily. M taking only vegetables/desi ghee/ and olive oil with 1tps husk in morning nd evening.No junk food/meat/egg/beakry products in my diet plan..am facing difficulty in sitting standing and walking due to suddenly itching/severe pain. Plz guide me what should i do ..jazak Allah
