Aslam o alaikum dear mujhy 4,5 din se stomach se uper paslion k darmyan me pain hay yaha ik dr. Sb. Ko chek karwaya unho ne kaha k stomach ki pain hay reguler nai hoti jab lamba saans leta hu tab hoti hay pain sans b thek nai ata. Kindly help me. Or ye b bta den k agar stomach pe sozash ho to kon sa inj. Lagwaya ja sakta hay.. Jazak Allah
