Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, karachi

Suffering from more than 1 and a half year took several medication but no significant improvement is seen.my symptoms are that i feel burning sensation in my upper abdomen sometimes and sometimes pain. i am currently taking this medication Espra 40 Ganaton OD Seroxat 12.5 Nimixa 200 colofac For 3 weeks now. What medications should i take from now onwards for my gastritis, because i am having pain a little bit lower than my upper abdomen which goes away after i put heating pad..... kindly suggest something for it too. because i am suffering from covid 19 i am not able to visit a gastroentrologist , its been a month Kindly post it in gastroentrology.

You should stop colofac and nimixa. For how long you have been using seroxat? Double the dose of Espra 40 mg. and Make sure you take half hour before meals.
