Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Rawalpindi

I got HEV a month back, I delivered a healthy baby 2 weeks ago with normal delivery. I have two questions 1. In two weeks My Alt decreased from 980 to 158 and AST is 82, bilirubin is 10.04 which is still high. can I breastfeed my child? 2. Does this decrease in Alt indicates that virus is eradicated now?

What about bilirubin levels? Does it transmit through feed? How to reduce bilirubin levels fast?

Bilirubin is not excreted in milk. It is excreted through urine. It can be normalized fastly with use of some medicine.
