the patient should be given syp hepamerz 2 tablespoon twice a day in addition to symptomatic treatment
she should be investigated for the cause of hepatitis
in terms of diet, give her liquid or semi-liquid diet e.g. fresh juices, shakes
avoid solid diet and fats
usually such patients need IV fluids if they cannot tolerate the diet or continue to vomit out
ideally you should see a doctor at the earliest for a detailed assessment and management plan

Dear patient, LFTS ARE VERY BAD.
PATIENT NEEDS FURTHER TESTS AND BED REST.
USE BOILED WATER.FREQUENT HAND WASH.
REST OF THE ADVICES ARE SAME AS GIVEN BY MY OTHER FELLOWS.
VISIT ANY GOOD GASTROENTEROLOGIST NEARBY.

It's acute hepatitis.
it will settle by itself.
just take plenty of juices.
repeat serial LFTS every 3rd day.
if level is increasing them will investigate further
