Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroentrologist

I posted my issue on marham few days back and one doc suggested to take these tests.I am concerned about this mass on lower left abdomen. It sometimes flares up nd sometimes its just small and a bit hard. I have Ibs from almost two years. Stool size varry quickly.Mostly watery or can say which dissolves quickly in bowl,been taking fibrocol since a year. I had taken antidepressants for 7 months,three years back. I have several lipomas including both sides of stomach(not visible in pic but felt when pressed). I have vp shunt from 20 years.I get bloated often.I smoke a pack a day.I am avoiding medical checkup because of covid so wanted to ask if its serious enough to take the risk. Ek aur chiz jisse family naaf utarna kehte hain wo bhi hoti h aksar,i dont know much about it.
