Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenterology Issue

I'm experiencing symptoms from last 9 months. Chronic pain in belly and Bloating(specially after eating something) Excessive gasses, Mucus in stool and sometimes only mucus comes out, Stool frequency of 8-10 times a day and weight loss are the symptoms. Doctors advised me Endoscopy with d2 Biopsy, which was done today and the report of endoscopy is attached. Biopsy report will be received in a week. Please read my endoscopy report and consultation reports and tell me what is the diagnosis and what could be the reason behind these symptoms. Age: 23, No previous history of any disease or operation.
