Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroenterology

I've been experiencing symptoms from last 9 months. Chronic pain in belly and Bloating(Specially after eating something), Excessive gasses, Mucus in stool and sometimes just mucus comes out while passing out stool, Stool frequency of 8-10 times a day and weight loss are the symptoms. Doctor advised Endoscopy with d2 Biopsy which was done on last Friday. Endoscopy and Biopsy histopathology report is attached. Please read my Endoscopy report, Histopathology requisition, Biopsy reportand tell me what could be the reason behind these symptoms and what doctor is suspecting in my case. Lab Ultrasound reports and Throid functions tests are fine. Age:23 years. Thanks.
